Resources for Terminated Federal Employees
If you are an Oregonian who was previously employed by the federal government and have lost your job due to the Trump administration’s illegal budget cuts and layoffs, the below resources may help you navigate next steps.

In addition, some terminated federal workers may be eligible for an appeal via the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board. Directions on how to submit a claim can be found here: U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board | How to File an Appeal
If you are looking for information regarding how to apply for unemployment benefits, that information can be found on the Oregon Employment Department’s website.
