Wyden Questions CIA General Counsel Nominee Caroline Krass

December 17, 2013- At a Senate Intelligence Committee hearing, Senator Ron Wyden (D-Ore.) questioned CIA General Counsel nominee Caroline Krass on inaccurate information provided by the CIA regarding coercive interrogation. Krass agreed it did not appear that the CIA provided the Department of Justice with acceptably accurate information on the program.
