Wyden presses Justice Dept. nominee on "culture of misinformation"

February 25, 2014- Senator Ron Wyden (D-Ore.) presses John Carlin, nominated to be Assistant Attorney General for National Security at the Department of Justice, on fixing the "culture of misinformation" & secret interpretations of the law that DoJ has allowed executive branch to rely on for years.
