Wyden on NDAA Amendments

On Wednesday, November 28, 2012, Senator Ron Wyden (D-OR) spoke on the Senate floor calling for the adoption of Senator Mark Udall's amendment (#2985) and Senator Ron Wyden's amendment (#2959) to the National Defense Authorization Act of 2013.

Senator Udall's amendment strikes section 313, relating to a limitation on the availability of funds for the procurement of alternative fuel. Senator Wyden's amendment requires reports on the use of indemnification agreements in the Department of Defense contracts.
