Wyden at Senate Finance: We've got smart phones and dumb tax policies

April 25, 2012: During a Senate Finance Committee hearing entitled "Tax Reform: What It Means for State and Local Tax and Fiscal Policy", Senator Ron Wyden (D-Oregon) called for an updating of federal tax policy so that wireless communications are not subject to multiple and discriminatory taxes.
