Wyden asks about bulk collection, CFAA, & cell-site location in Intelligence hearing

January 29, 2014- Senator Ron Wyden (D-Ore.) in the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence Committee public hearing asks witnesses about warrantless searches under FISA section 702, cell-site location information, if the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act applies to the CIA, and if government has ever needed a record the phone company didn't have.
