Federal Regulations are in Conflict with a Recently Passed Oregon Law that Allows for the Sale of Wine Growlers
Portland, OR – Senator Ron Wyden, local winery owners and representatives of the Oregon Winegrowers Association will hold a news conference at 10:30 a.m., Friday, April 25, 2014, to discuss what is being done to resolve the conflict between federal regulations and an Oregon law that allows the selling of wine growlers the same way as beer growlers.
