Oregonians' tax filing questions answered

With tax day less than a month away, I invited National Taxpayer Adovcate (NTA) Nina Olson at the Taxpayer Advocate Service to talk about common questions and challenges taxpayers face. The Taxpayer Advocate Service is "your voice at the IRS."

In preparation for our discussion, I asked Oregonians for the questions about tax filing they'd like me to ask NTA Olson.

Tax scams, complicated filing and fraudulent tax preparers were just some of the questions Oregonians sent me.
